Founded in 2007, the company was established to close the gap between traditional IT security and modern digital risk management. Return & Exchange Policy
Delivery of hardware is handled through parcel shipping with our trusted logistics partners. All delivery costs are covered by us and are free of charge for addresses within Denmark. The expected delivery time for hardware is approximately one week from the date of purchase, depending on stock and carrier availability.

All software products are delivered digitally by email, including license information and installation instructions. In cases where personal assistance or installation is required, our support team will provide the service either remotely or through scheduled on-site help, depending on the customer’s agreement and the type of product purchased.
